A group of Uzbek journalists has arrived in Tajikistan.  The purpose of the visit is for Uzbek journalists to prepare a series of reports about the present day life in Tajikistan. 

Tajik northern Sughd province is the first leg of Uzbek journalists’ tour of Tajikistan.

Yesterday, they arrived in Khujand, the administrative center of the Sughd province, where they are holding meetings with their Tajik colleagues.

While in the Sughd province, Uzbek journalist will also visit the Sughd Free Economic Zone (FEZ Sughd) and get acquainted with sights of Khujand, Panjakent and Istaravshan.  

After Sughd, Uzbek journalists will visit the Tajik capital, Dushanbe.

The Uzbek delegation members reportedly include representatives of thirteen media outlets.  Among them are representatives of Uzbek national TV channels and news agencies as well as researchers.
