President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon on September 15 at the Palace of the Nation met with President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, who arrived in Dushanbe to attend a meeting of the Collective Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization and a meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.


During the meeting, the leaders exchanged views on the state and prospects of interaction in the political, economic, trade, agricultural, cultural and humanitarian spheres and cooperation between regions.


Yesterday Emomali Rahmon met with the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, who arrived in Tajikistan. The head of state expressed satisfaction with the level of development of bilateral relations between Tajikistan and Kazakhstan in all areas.


The parties paid attention to the development and expansion of cooperation in trade, economic, industrial, agricultural, transport, military and other areas of mutual interest.

During the meeting, the parties came to an agreement on the establishment of joint ventures and wholesale trade centers in Tajikistan and the holding of the next consultative meeting in 2022 in Tajikistan.
