A new draft bill on property tax moratorium is likely to be submitted to the Parliament today, the minister for Kyrgyz Economic Development and Trade Akylbek Japarov said during the Ak Zhol fraction’s session on Wednesday.
The elaborated draft bill encloses all necessary amendments to the Tax Code. “Supposedly, we will submit the bill for the parliament’s consideration this afternoon,” the minister said.
The initiative for moratorium came from the President Kurmanbek Bakiev last week. This sort of charges was introduced in Kyrgyzstan since January 1, 2009.
