Sales tax rate for Kyrgyz banks will be reduced from 3.5 up to 2.5 percent. The statement has been made at meeting of a commission under chairmanship of the first Vice Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Omurbek Babanov on Wednesday, May 13.
The commission has discussed the results of the working group activity over amendments to the Internal Revenue Code. The amendments to the document will be submitted to the ministries and departments for consideration.
The task group has received over 500 letters suggesting additions and amendments to the Kyrgyz Internal Revenue Code.
The group suggests the amendments to come into force since January 1, 2009.
