"Czech airlines" company opened direct regular flight on Prague-Tashkent-Prague route on July 1, 2009.
Three flights on this route planned on June 21 were canceled for technical reasons, air company''s press service reported.
Starting with July 2 Prague-Tashkent-Prague route will be realized twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays from Tashkent on Airbuses A-319. Duration of the flight is six hours.
As reported earlier, one of the main goals of flight opening is development of cooperation between Czech republic and Uzbekistan in spheres of tourism, culture, sport, and entrepreneurial activity.
Air company plans to service about 10 000 passengers on this route to the end of the year.
"Czech airlines" was founded on October 6, 1923. It operates flights on 105 routes to 45 countries. Company is member of SkyTeam air carriers alliance since 2001.
