Launch of Internet resource of Arbitrage development center on providing free online consultations to all interested took place in Tashkent on June 24.
Arbitrage development center created Internet resource (www.arbitration.uz) where every interested person can ask a question referring to alternative ways of conflict resolution and receive a qualified answer in shortest terms, UNDP office in Uzbekistan reported on July 6. In contrast with Internet forum, where anyone has a right to answer on posed question, in online consultation questions will be answered by Arbitrage development center and Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) specialists, which "guarantees high quality of consultations,"message noted.
Center hopes that given resource will be actual source of consultations for entrepreneurs, corporate lawyers, and managers.
Creation of online database of arbitration court decisions, where every interested person can find decision of arbitration court on actual questions and examine it prior to appealing to the court is planned in future.
Arbitrage development center affiliated with CCI was founded with support of UNDP and provides technical and expert assistance to development of arbitration courts in the regions.
