Russia''s First Deputy Minister Igor Shuvalov reported that Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus reconciled all documents concerning the creation of the Customs Union.
"During the session commission approved necessary projects of international agreements and contracts which will be signed by Presidents in Minsk on November 27," Shuvalov said.
According to him, the editorship of the Customs Code was also reconciled.
"We also considered the way of work of Russian-Kazakh and Russian-Belarusian borders at the outer contour," the Russia''s First Deputy Prime Minister said. The beginning of the work of the outer contour with Belarus is planned for 1 July 2010 and outer contour with Kazakhstan will start work on 1 July 2011.
Kazakh First Vice Prime Minister Umirzak Shukeev noticed that this can be done earlier, on 1 July 2010.
"We decided to return to the mechanism of such a speed up in January 2010," Shukeev said. He confirmed that the common customs tariff is conformed and ready to be adopted.
In the middle of September 2009 Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus completed the formation of the common customs tariff. Shuvalov confirmed that countries of the Customs Union will tend to enter the World Trade Organization simultaneously and on equal terms.
