DUSHANBE, March 2, Asia-Plus -  Business Center in Dushanbe will be built Душанбе on the Ayni Street, on the place of former isolation hospital, the “Sozidaniye” director general Aleksandr Semchenko told a news conference in Dushanbe on March 1.   

According to him, Dushanbe Mayor Mahmadsaid Ubaidulloyev signed a resolution on providing a plot of land for the center in February this year.   

“It is already the second project implemented by our company in Dushanbe,” Mr. Semchenko said, noting that the construction of the center would start in near future.   

According to the “Russkiye Oteli” director general Stanislav Kapinos, “Russky Aluminy” (Russian Aluminum or Rusal) will rent this Business Center.  He noted that Rusal was ready to potentially rent the area of 5,000 square meters.   .
