Founded in November 2023, the “Sharikoni Milli” (National Partners) business club has become, in essence, the only platform in Tajikistan where business leaders work together, exchange experience, and jointly implement projects that go beyond the interests of a single company.
The first members of the club included FiftyFive Group, the ORIYO gas station network, Tcell, and BIMA. The initiative came from Eraj Yusupshoyev, Commercial Director of FiftyFive Group, who was elected chairman of the club. Today, the community includes 14 companies from various sectors — from retail and construction to insurance and telecommunications.
Not to compete, but to strengthen each other
At the heart of the club’s philosophy is a simple but powerful idea: cooperation is more effective than competition. Instead of working in isolation, businesses unite to strengthen not only their own positions, but the national business environment as a whole.
As Eraj Yusupshoyev explains, the focus is on practical value.
“We’re building an ecosystem where companies help each other grow. In the long term, everyone wins — the market, society, and the state,” he says.
The collaboration takes various forms: from joint commercial projects and product launches to educational programs, charity support, and even a unified discount system for employees of the member companies.
A club for action, not just membership
Members gather for forums, business breakfasts, and strategic sessions. They share experiences, invite experts, and discuss how to implement digital solutions and adapt to a changing economy.
In 2024, the club held a Transport and Logistics Forum attended by over 70 top managers. In early May, they organized an Innovation Forum focused on automation and technology solutions.
Events also include sports tournaments, environmental initiatives, and charity campaigns, which have become a regular part of the club's calendar.
Current members include FiftyFive Group, ORIYO gas stations, Yovar, Sebiston, Tcell, O-Mobile, KOINOT AUTO, Easy Booking, Rakhsh Taxi, Bima Insurance, Humo, Yakkasaroy, ASR Leasing, and Nice.
Each company brings its own experience and expertise, but all share the belief that national business can be strong — if united.
Beyond business, club members regularly carry out social projects — supporting low-income families, schools, and orphanages. More than 1,000 families and social workers have received material assistance from the group.
What drives the club?
At the core of "Sharikoni Milli" are deep, conscious values: mutual trust and partnership among entrepreneurs, a willingness to share knowledge and resources, respect for innovation as the engine of modern business, and a strong sense of responsibility — not only for the success of individual companies, but for the development of the country in which they operate.
The mission of Sharikoni Milli is to create an environment where business not only survives but grows — sustainably, progressively, and in the interests of the nation.
Club members aim not only to increase profits, but to invest in the economy, promote a culture of partnership, engage youth in entrepreneurship, train professionals, and create jobs.
In essence, the club is becoming a model for a new business community in Tajikistan — open, constructive, and strategic.
