, July 11, Asia-Plus - A damage caused to the open joint-stock company (OJSC) “Tajik Textiles” by a Sunday fire has amounted to approximately 8,000 Somonis.

’s firefighting service chief, has told Asia-Plus that the blaze damaged 14 offices in the plant’s administrative building. “As far as the cause of the fire is concerned, the commission is still working to establish what could cause the fire,” the firefighting service chief said.
As it had been reported earlier, the fire broke out at the textile plant in
Dushanbe
on Sunday [July 9], early in the morning. The blaze destroyed a space of 1,216 square meters in the building (a total space of the plant’s administrative building is 31,276 square meters). No injured was reported, according to the source.
