KULOB, February 12, Asia-Plus -- Resident of Khatlon’s Danghara district Nemon Qosimov has been arrested on suspicion of having been involved in fraud, Alfattoh Roziqov, the deputy Khatlon prosecutor for Kulob, said in an interview with Asia-Plus.
According to him, Qosimov has borrowed totaling more than 140,000 somonis form local resident for allegedly renting place on local market. “He borrowed money from them at 10 percent interest,” said the prosecutor, “During six months, he was repaying to his creditors due to borrowing money from other persons.”
Criminal proceedings have been instituted against Qosimov and an investigation is under way.
