In the death of a convicted citizen of Tajikistan Siyovush Sobirov, involved in the July riot in a correctional colony in Khakassia, is accused his compatriot – a 28-year-old native of Tajikistan.

"Thanks to competently planned actions of Abakan Interdistrict investigation Department it became able to establish the identity of the attacker. It was a 28-year-old native of Tajikistan, who has also participated in the riots in the Federal state institution "Penal colony No. 35 of the Department of the Federal service of execution of punishments on the Republic of Khakassia". On the territory of the Republic he is serving a sentence of Lublin court of Moscow city for committing several robberies. Court has sentenced him for a term of 4 years and 6 months imprisonment. After the riots both men were transferred to the Federal state institution "Penal colony № 33 of the Department of the Federal service of execution of punishments on the Republic of Khakassia" for further serving of punishment", - reported in the message of  the investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Khakassia.

It is noted that on August 6 at about 14 hours two men began verbal altercation, as the result of which the defendant struck Sabirov at least four times on the body and then, using the object, caused him serious injuries that entailed death of the victim.
