Rustam Emomali, for his part, noted that Tajikistan attached significant importance to its collaboration with the Russian Federation.
He also underlined the importance of further expansion of inter-parliamentary ties between the two countries, noting that “the inter-parliamentary cooperation is the basic link of the whole complex of bilateral relations.”
Touching upon economic topics, Rustam Emomali noted that the trend towards an increase in trade turnover was explained by the expansion of cooperation between the regions of the countries.
