A number of agreements were signed and decisions were made at the CIS summit in Astana on October 14 in order to promote cooperation in various fields. The parties also discussed joint efforts to combat corruption, terrorism and extremism, as well as cooperation in economy, humanitarian field and culture.

- Agreement on establishment of the advisory council of Central Election Commission Chairs
- Agreement of cooperation in counteraction to corruption
- Program of cooperation in fight against terrorism and extremism in 2023-2025
- On preparation of the draft agreement on free trade of services, investments
- On declaration of St. Petersburg cultural capital of the CIS in 2024
- On granting observer status to CIS in the Collective Security Treaty Organization
- On CIS Human Rights Commission
- On CIS awards
- On statement of the CIS leaders on development of cooperation in culture
- On statement of CIS leaders about cooperation in climate sphere.
