President Rahmonov sends telegram of condolences to his Russian counterpart Putin over air crash in Irkutsk

DUSHANBE, July 10, Asia-Plus -- President Emomali Rahmonov has sent a telegram of condolences to his Russian counterpart, President Vladimir Putin, over an air crash in the Russian city of Irkuts that killed at leased 122 people, presidential press service reported.
In his telegram, Rahmonov also asked to convey his condolences to families and friends of those who were killed in the air crash.

on Sunday morning and hit a building. At least 122 people were killed in this air crash. Latest report say 70 of the 204 on board survived - 12 are still missing. Initial report suggest that a failure of brakes on a wet runway was the possible cause of the Russian jet crash. Russian President Vladimir Putin has called for a national day of mourning on Monday.
