DUSHANBE, July 18, Asia-Plus -- On Friday July 21, Tajikistan’s President Emomali Rahmonov will leave for Moscow to attend an informal two-day CIS summit that opened in Moscow on the same day, according to information from President’s Executive Office.
The informal CIS summit is aiming to consider issues related to further expansion of economic cooperation between the CIS states, humanitarian cooperation and coordination of actions in the field of security.
On the sidelines of the summit, Rahmonov is also scheduled to hold bilateral meetings with a number of his CIS counterparts.
