DUSHANBE, February 20, Asia-Plus - Interior Minister Mahmadnazar Solehov on February 19 issued orders introducing a number of staff changes in the ministry.
Rahmonali Davlatov, formerly deputy head of the investigation department of the Ministry of Interior (MoI), was appointed to head the MoI internal security directorate.
Ismatullo Rasoulov was appointed the head of the MoI criminal investigation directorate. Rasoulov had previously been deputy head of this directorate.
Haydar Mahmadiyev, formerly deputy head of the MoI organizational-inspection directorate (the ministry’s chief staff), was appointed the head of this directorate, replacing Tohir Normatov.
