DUSHANBE, April 30, Asia-Plus - On Friday April 27, President Emomali Rahmon signed a special instruction banning untargeted use of buildings, facilities and vehicles of central and local authorities, state-run organizations and enterprises, presidential press service said.
Persons breaking the instruction will be made answerable in accordance with the country’s legislation, according presidential press service.
Tajik, Uzbek presidents discuss bilateral cooperation issues
DUSHANBE, April 30, Asia-Plus /Bahrom Mannonov/ -- President Emomali Rahmon Friday afternoon had a telephone conversation with his Uzbek counterpart, President Islam Karimov, to discuss state and prospects of further expansion of bilateral cooperation between the two countries, presidential press service said.
In the course of the talks, the two considered issues related to interaction and diversification of ways of cooperation, including water and energy problems, and outlined measures necessary to tackle arising problems.
Rahmon and Karimov also considered the state of work of the intergovernmental commission for economic cooperation and underlined the necessity of intensifying its activity.
The presidents also considered a series of regional and international issues being of mutual interesting.
