DUSHANBE, July 17, Asia-Plus /Nargis Hamroboyeva/ -- President Emomali Rahmon and his Russian counterpart, President Vladimir Putin, yesterday had a telephone conversation.
According to presidential press service, their talks focused on the upcoming summits of the CIS, the Eurasian Economic Community (EAEC) and the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), which are scheduled to be held in Tajik capital in October this year.
The two also discussed issues related to state and prospects of further expansion of bilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and the Russian Federation in different fields.
