DUSHANBE, September 5, Asia-Plus — President Emomali Rahmon yesterday signed a decree ordering a 50 percent rise in health, social security and cultural sectors wages versions.
According to presidential press service, the decree was passed with the aim of improving the population’s living standards, raising the role of wages and the level of social security.
By president’s decree, the wages of employees of medical, social security and cultural facilities are to be increased by 50 percent from October 1, 2007.
