DUSHANBE, February 25, Asia-Plus -- On Saturday February 23, President Emomali Rahmon held a meeting with participation of senior representatives from the government, president’s office and heads of a number of ministries and organizations to discuss the results of meetings held by the president in Moscow and the ongoing energy crisis in the country, presidential press service said.
Speaking at the meeting, Rahmon urged to take adequate measures to protect rights and freedoms of Tajik nationals living abroad and raise their legal awareness level.
He also pointed to the necessity of taking measures to resolve the ongoing energy crisis, ensure regular work of enterprises and organizations as well as intensify spring sowing campaign and work on construction and improvement of settlements.
