DUSHANBE, March 28, Asia-Plus -- Dushanbe Mayor Mahmadsaid Ubaidulloyev has signed a resolution requiring preparation of design estimates for construction of twelve 12-story residential buildings and shopping centers in the Nusratullo Makhsoum Avenue, Dushanbe’s Zarafshon-2 microrayon.
Shavkat Saidov, a spokesman for the Dushanbe mayor, said that 12 residential buildings with 44 apartments will be constructed there. Four of them will be constructed at the expense of the city budget and the remaining eight will be constructed with attraction of funds from local and foreign investors.
By mayor’s decision a tender commission has been set up for announcing and holding tenders for selection of contractors for construction of the mentioned residential buildings and centers.
