DUSHANBE, April 4, Asia-Plus -- An office of the first Deputy Prime Minister Asadullo Ghulomov denies rumors of his serious heath problems as “unfounded.”
Rumors of Mr. Ghulomov serious heath problems are absolutely unfounded and he currently attends to his duties, the source at first deputy prime minister’s office said.
Moreover, Asadullo Ghulomov as head of the republican commission for development of Kulob last week visited the Kulob region to inspect a progress of work on construction of roads and on rehabilitation of river bank protection works on the Yakhsou River. On March 28, Mr. Ghulomov took part at a government session in Dushanbe.
The rumors appeared after Asadullo Ghulomov had missed a series of government sessions. Commenting on this, the source noted, “Like any other person, Mr. Ghulomov may have a vacation.” “Besides, he might fall ill and undergo medical treatment.” Therefore, all these rumors are absolutely unfounded, he added.
