The minister of industry and new technologies replaced has reportedly been replaced.

An official source at the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies (MoINT) says Zarobiddin Fayzullozoda, who had previously served as head of the Main Geology Directorate under the Government of Tajikistan, has been appointed the Minister of Industry and New Technologies, replacing Shavkat Bobozoda, who had served as Minister of Industry and New Technologies since November 2013.

Prior to the Main Geology Directorate, Fayzullozoda had served as Deputy Governor of the Sughd Province since February 2015.

From 2014 to February 2015, he served as First Deputy Minister of Industry and New Technologies.

In 2013-2014, Fayzullozoda served as Deputy Minister of Energy and Water Resources.

In 2006-2013, he served as Deputy Minister of Industry and Energy.

Zarobiddin Fayzullozoda was born in the Danghara District (Khatlon province) on February 13, 1965.  In 1989, he graduated from the Polytechnic Institute in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.   

Besides, Sadullo Gardullzodoa and Akram Hamroqul were relieved of their posts of Deputy Ministers of Industry and New Technologies, the source added.
