Tajik President Emomali Rahmon is addressing a joint meeting of both chambers of the parliament today.
Usually, the head of state addresses the joint meeting of the parliament in December, but this time, the presidential address to the parliament was postponed to a later date is connected with the fact that the next final meeting of the government to review the results of the past year's work and set plans for the next year is planned to take place in January.
