Tajik President Emomali Rahmon has introduced a number of staff changes, according to the Tajik president’s official website.  

Farhod Salim, former Tajikistan’s Ambassador to the United States, has been appointed Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.  

Sharaf Sheralizoda, who had previously served as First Deputy Head of the State Committee on Investment and State-owned Property Management, has been appointed Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Sodiq Imomi, who had previously served as Tajikistan’s Ambassador to Uzbekistan, has been appointed Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.  

Besides, Jonibek Hikmat was appointed Permanent Representative of Tajikistan to the United Nations, replacing Mahmadamin Mahmadaminov, who was relieved of this post in connection with transfer to other job.
