Ten young public servants representing various ministries, agencies and universities of Tajikistan have taken a two-week training at Huawei HQ in Beijing and in Shenzhen.

An official ceremony of handing certificates to the participants of the Huawei social project, Seeds for Future, took place in Dushanbe on April 25.  


The ceremony was attended by Huawei Country Director for Tajikistan Tsui Fen (phonetically spelled), Tajik Deputy Minister of Education Fathiddin Usmonzoda, representative of Tajik communications service agency Mahbouba Badriddinova, representative of Tajik National University llhomiddn Mahmadiyev, participants of the project the project and representative of media. 

Huawei Seeds for the Future is a global initiative which has been successfully operating since 2008. The program has been implemented in 125 countries worldwide and over 4,725 students have participated. China Experience: Seeds for the Future is a two week immersive program based in China. 

Initiated by Huawei in 2008, the program seeks to develop local ICT talent, enhance knowledge transfer, promote a greater understanding of and interest in the telecommunications sector, and improve and encourage regional building and participation in the digital community.

In Tajikistan, Huawei Seeds for the Future program was launched on October 2, 2016. 10 young government employees from Tajikistan went to China to join a two-week training to study ICT technology at Huawei HQ and learned Chinese culture.
