Fairs to sell school uniforms and school supplies will be organized in all cities and administrative centers of districts of Tajikistan from August 1 to August 31.

Such a decision has been signed by Prime Minster Qohir Rasoulzoda.

According to the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies (MoINT), the country’s clothes factories are able to fully meet the country’s requirements in school uniforms.

The prime minister has reportedly ordered the Agency for Standardization, Metrology, Certification and Trade Inspection (Tojikstandart) to organize control over the quality of school uniforms produced by local clothes factories.

The Ministry Education and Science (MoES) says more than 2 million have been enrolled in schools in Tajikistan.
