Three years of war in Ukraine have changed the lives of millions, including those who once chose this country as their home.  Among them are people originally from Tajikistan, such as Inom Kadyrov, a Tajik by origin who has lived in Poltava for almost 40 years.

How has the war affected the daily life, work, and sense of belonging of Inom and other Tajik natives? Why have they not left Ukraine?
