DUSHANBE, July 14, 2012, Asia-Plus -- Tajik national air carrier, Tajik Air, now owes 15 million somoni to the state-run insurance company, Tojiksughurta, Abdullo Abdulloyev, deputy director of Tojiksughurta, announced at a news conference in Dushanbe n July 13.
According to him, this debt has accrued through a contract on insuring Tajik Air’s tickets. The contract was reportedly concluded in 2010.
“The Higher Economic Court has made a decision in favor of Tojiksughurta, but Tajik Air has decided to appeal against the decision,” Abdulloyev noted.
