DUSHANBE, August 25, 2012, Asia-Plus -- On Friday August 24, Tajik Deputy Foreign Minister, Nizomiddin Zohidov met here with Ms. Antje Linderts, Special Envoy for Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia, Foreign Office of the Federal Republic of Germany.
According to the Tajik MFA information department, the sides discussed issues related to bilateral relations between Tajikistan and Germany, the current situation in the region and Afghanistan as well as perspectives for development of the situation after withdrawal of international coalition forces from Afghanistan in 2014.
They also touched upon issues if further expansion of cooperation between the two countries in all spheres being of mutual interest, the source said.
