USHANBE, September 4, 2008, Asia-Plus -- Tajikistan marks a Day of Book today. This event has been initiated by President Emomali Rahmon.
Speaking in an interview with Asia-Plus, Sharif Toshev, director of the National Firdavsi Library, said that the library administrators will meet with readers on this occasion today. “Researchers, journalists and students have been invited to attend this meeting,” Toshev said, noting that a book exhibition will be organized at the library.
