DUSHANBE, January 17, Asia-Plus - Fifth-year students at Tajik National University, Sirojiddin Mahkamboyev and Dilshod Mulloyev, have been recognized winners of the national moot court competition for the 2006 Philip C. Jessup Cup that ended in Dushanbe on January 15.
Mr. Frank Hespe, Rule of Law Liaison, the American Bar Association/Central European & Eurasian Law Initiative (ABA/CEELI) in Tajikistan, noted in his interview with that the main objective of the competition was in assisting law students in forming an idea of how to make speech in court and dispute interests of that or other person.
