DUSHANBE, February 12, Asia-Plus -- A government-to-government agreement between Tajikistan and Turkey on the construction of the second building of an orphanage for children with intellectual disabilities will be singed today.
According to the Ministry of Labor and Social Security (MoLSS), Tajik Labor and Social Security Minister. Shukurjon Zuhurov, and Programs Unit Coordinator, Turkish International Cooperation Agency (TICA) Tajikistan, Javet Kose-oglu will ink the document in Chorbogh, Varzob district.
The source at a MoLSS said that the Turkish side intends to provide more than 1 million somonis for the construction of the facility.
