DUSHANBE, May 30, Asia-Plus - An exhibition entitled “Children – Flowers of Our Life” is opening in Cultural Center Bactria in Dushanbe today at 10:00 a.m.
Amal Khanum Gadjiyeva, Bactria coordinator for culture and external ties, said that the event is dedicated to International Child Protection Day, which is marked in Tajikistan on June 1.
According to her, works by disabled children are being displayed at the exhibition, which runs through June 1.
The International Child Protection Day is celebrated in numerous countries, usually (but not always) on June 1 each year.
