DUSHANBE, July 25, Asia-Plus -- A summer training camp for volunteers and program coordinators of Tajikistan’s Red Crescent Society (RCS) has been launched in the Begar resort area in Varzob.
An official opening of the camp was held on July 24. Madina Sayfiddinova, information officer, RCS head office in Dushanbe, told Asia-Plus that some 200 volunteers and program coordinators of RCS from various regions of the country are taking part in the training camp.
During five days, they will study innovations in work of their programs, the information officer said, noting that the training camp was organized under support of the IFRC Delegation to Tajikistan.
