DUSHANBE, July 29, 2008, Asia-Plus -- A roundtable meeting formally titled “”State, Problems and Ways of Improvement of Tajikistan’s Legislation on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)” will be held in Dushanbe on July 31, Asia-Plus has learned at Tajik Legal Consortium.
The meeting participants will discuss the country’s legislation on SMEs and special attention will be paid to the draft law on small and medium entrepreneurship.
The meeting’ agenda also includes consideration of a plan of joint actions to promote the bill. The meeting will also endorse a group for coordination of implementation of the plan.
The event is staged by Tajik Legal Consortium under support of the Eurasia Foundation of Central Asia (EFCA) and the Government of the Netherlands.
