DUSHANBE, February 17, 2009, Asia-Plus -- The 3rd festival of Tajik students studying in Turkey opened in Ankara on February 17.
According to the Tajik Embassy in Ankara, the festival includes various sports activities and musical contests between Tajik students studying at universities in Ankara, Istanbul, Konya, Izmir, Kaisari, Bursa and Eskishehir.
Besides, activists of Tajik Students’ Club, Vatan (Homeland), and editorial board of the magazine Vatan will be elected during the festival that runs through February 19, the source said.
