OAO Avtovaz will resume supplies of its cars to Turkmenistan after a two year break. Turkmenistan will receive Lada cars equipped with security air cushions, antilock braking systems, steering booster and climate control systems.
Avtovaz presented the car at an exhibition in Ashgabat as part of the forum titled "Economic Growth and Mutually Beneficial Partnerhsip.
""Specifics of the Turkmen car market make Lada cars compete with leading world producers," said Yuriy Savin, Avtovaz vice president, in an interview with "Volzhskiy car maker" newspaper.
