“About 70 percent of teachers in Kyrgyzstan have no legal right for this kind of work,” Kyrgyz Assistant Education and Science Minister Boris Kubaev said meeting with rectors of the higher education institutions in Bishkek Thursday.
“They may be good lawyers and book-keepers but they do not have a major in teaching, which plays a key role in the education process. We offer teachers to improve their qualification in professional teaching, its culture and ethics,” Kubaev said.
