Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbaev has received CEO of Eni corporation Paolo Skaroni on June 10, the Presidential press service reports.
Skaroni reported on the results and activity plans of the corporation in Kazakhstan, in particular, on Karashaganak and Kashagan projects.
The head of the corporation noted that the company plans to make further investments into Kazakhstan''s economy.
The total amount of the investments of the company into the North-Caspian project amounted to US$ 21.8 billion by the end of 2008.
Investors of Kashagan project are KazMunaiGsas, Eni, Royal Dutch Shell, Exxon MObil and Total.
