Igor Chudinov, the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan has signed a bill to prolong validity term of civil passports of 1994 design till December 31, 2010, governmental press service reported.
The bill provides prolongation for all civil passports which validity term expires this year, except for those with chemical, mechanical or other damages. The procedure will be exercised free of charge in a fixed order.
