In the capital, it is continuing the second international business forum of the Central Asian Seed-Growers Association and the Pacific Region. Participants of the forum will visit today the capital’s food markets, fields in the Kuntuu village, a central laboratory of republican seed inspectorate and head office of the state commission on seed-testing.
The forum’s goal is to discuss issues in seed sector, designate the rule of regulation in the field of production, registration, certification, importing and exporting seeds, establish business cooperation in seed business and expand contacts of leading seed-farms and conclude bilateral treaties. 76 representatives of seed-growing companies from 15 states of the world: Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, France, Germany, Lithuania, Japan, India, China, Russia, Moldova, Tatarstan and other are participating in the forum’s work.
Official closing ceremony will take place today.
