In accordance with the order of Nursultan Nazarbaev, development of Country Development Strategy shall be finished by 2020.

The President of Kazakhstan ordered the Cabinet to finish development of the Country Development Strategy for 2010- 2020, reported CA-News correspondent from Almaty.

"The task of the government is to finish development of the Country Development Strategy by 2020, i.e. for the upcoming 10 years with splitting them into two five-year plans. This will become the next step of development of Kazakhstan by 2030," said the President in his Tuesday''s speech in Parliament.

The President also noticed that "next 10 years efforts of government and society should be focused on five main directions of post-crisis recovery of economy." Particularly it is need to focus on provision of stable economy; creation of competitive human capital assets; provision of citizens with basic housing utility service; maintenance of inter-ethnic accord; security and stability in international relations. The head of state also tasked the government to finish the development of five-year plan of stimulation of industrialization of country by the end of the year; plans of industrialization for 2010 and plans of rational distribution production capacities by 2020. "There is no alternative of industrialization of country in post-crisis period," said the President. He added that he will tell about this in details in his next annual address to citizens of Kazakhstan.
