The head coach of Khosilot (Farkhor), Alisher Tukhtaev, resigned after losing to CSKA in the 1/8 Cup of Tajikistan.
"Also, after the resignation of Alisher Tukhtayev, his assistant Sobirjon Irgashev also left at his own request. The resignation of both coaches occurred by agreement of the parties. The management of the Hosilot team expressed gratitude to the coaches for their hard work and efforts," the team told Asia-Plus.
There have been big changes in the squad at Hosilot this summer. His ranks were joined by players from the nearest reserve of the national team, as well as legionnaires. In addition to Islom Zoirov, who returned to professional football, contracts were signed by a graduate of Spanish football, Jomi Nazarov, and Istiklol defender Alijon Karomatullozoda. Two Georgian legionnaires Luka Koberidze and Giorgi Gadrani have also been signed.
Akhliddin Turdiev, one of the most famous football coaches in the country, who previously worked as a mentor in the youth national team of Tajikistan, and also held the position of head coach of Kuktosh from Rudaki, CSKA Dushanbe and Ravshan from Kulyab, was appointed head coach of Khosilot.
"Alijon Turdinazarov was appointed Turdiev's assistant after changes in the coaching staff. The cooperation agreement with the coaches has been signed before the end of the current season," the team said.
At the same time, the Farkhorians clarified that if the desired result is shown, then this coaching staff will be strengthened and extended for the next season.
But in another Tajik club, «Ravshan», they first announced a new mentor (he was supposed to be Iranian Amin Subhoni), who has been working in Tajikistan for a long time with CSKA Dushanbe and «Khosilot» Farkhor. With «the Army», he took the bronze medal of the championship in 2021 and received a ticket to the AFC Cup.
"The contract with the Iranian coach has been signed until the end of the season with an extension for another year. Another Iranian coach, Ali Masoud Nazarzoda, who has been working for the Ravshan team for the past few months, is leaving his position," the team said.
Ruslan Abdumavlonov also came to the headquarters as assistants at Subkhoni, and Amonsho Sodatsayrov, the team's goalkeeping coach.
However, just a few days later, Amin Subhoni left Ravshan - he did not agree with the terms of work. Another Iranian, Ali Masoud Nazarzoda, returned to the post of coach of the team.
Recently it was reported that the Spaniard Luisma Hernandez will become the coach of «Ravshan», he even arrived in Kulyab. However, as they say in the camp of the team, the parties did not agree: Hernandez did not agree with the club's development and management plan and wanted to make his own adjustments, he also demanded that the Kulyab club double the salary for himself and his assistants. «Ravshan» did not go for it.
The club from Kulyab has undergone a number of line-up changes this summer. Eight players left the team during this transfer window at once. These are Mukhammadjon Naskov (moved to Vakhsh), Nozim Bobojonov (Khujand), Khurshed Abdulloev (Istaravshan), Dmitry Pavlish, Evgeny Oancha, Yuri Batyushin, Musa Nurnazarov, Mateus Viera Silva (Olancho, Honduras).
They were also replaced by eight football players. These are Amirjon Safarov ("Eshata"), Christian Mocic ("Redfox Stara Lyubovnya", Slovakia), Andrei Markovich ("Santa Coloma", Moldova), Issach Sidik Kamal ("Darkuman Parma", Ghana), Salam Ashurmamadov ("Brock Boys", Russia), Jamshed Maksumov ("Cosmos", Russia), Matic Kojo (Zvezda-09, Bosnia), David Mavutor (Turan, Kazakhstan).
Another coach has left the Tajik club from the top league – Barkchi. Yusuf Rabiyev left the post of his own free will. The mentor himself confirmed this in an interview with an Asia-Plus correspondent.
"I am leaving Barkchi due to unsatisfactory results. I made this decision, and I think it's the right one. I am considering a couple of proposals from Tajikistan. We'll wait and see," the coach said.
By the way, Alifbek Beromov became the new mentor of the team from Hissar. Salokhiddin Gafurov and Alisher Tuichiev will help him.
Recall that in the 2022 season, Farkhor Khosilot won the championship ahead of schedule in the first league and secured a place in the top league. The coach of the club, Yusuf Rabiev, took her to the top division. This year he was announced as the head coach of FC Barkchi (former Energetik).
Previously, there had already been changes in the positions of the head coaches of the teams in the top league of Tajikistan. Ravshan coach Akhliddin Turdiev resigned from his position after defeats in the 2024 Super Cup of Tajikistan and in the 6th round of the championship. The management expressed readiness to continue cooperation with the specialist, but Turdiev did not change his mind.
In addition, after three unsuccessful matches of the Tajik championship, FC Vakhsh terminated the contract with the head coach of the team Tohir Muminov. Recall that Vakhsh signed a cooperation agreement with Tohir Muminov in January this year. Muminov worked in this position in 2008. The mentor's previous place of work was the Kulyab Ravshan.
