, March 15, Asia-Plus - A groundbreaking ceremony for another world-class hotel entitled “Ismoili Somonis” will be held in
Dushanbe
today, at
11:00 a.m.
The hotel is ordered for by closed joint-stock holding company “Ismoili Somoni – 21st Century” and contractor is the Turkish company “Kaynak Holding Ozgyun Insaat”
Mr. Hayati Topoglu, resident representative of the “Kaynak Holding Ozgyun” company in
Tajikistan
, has told Asia-Plus that the hotel will be built in the center of
Dushanbe
, at the
Rudaki Avenue
near the Youth Committee. According to him, this 10-storied hotel will have 320 rooms and it will occupy an area of almost 1.5 hectares.
“Our company is working in

for strengthening cultural and historical ties between our peoples rather than for getting profit,” said Mr. Topoglu, “Our investment serve for expansion of trade and economic cooperation, development of the construction sector in

and general development of the republic and creation of new jobs.”
