Tajik architects visit Russia to exchange experience in town planning

, April 4, Asia-Plus - A group of Tajik specialists in architecture and town-planning today morning left for the
Russian Federation
.
Yuri Ishoqov, Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Construction and Architecture, has told Asia-Plus that the main purpose of the visit is for them to discuss issues related to training of personnel for
Tajikistan
and exchange of experience.
“The group consists of 11 leading specialists from the Committee for Construction and Architecture, chief architects of a number of districts and cities of the country as well as students at
Tajik
Technical
University
,” Ishoqov said, noting that it was the first group of Tajik architects visiting other countries for experience exchange this year.
According to him, during a week-long trip the Tajik delegation will visit
Moscow
,
St. Petersburg
and
Kazan
.
Besides, the next group of Tajik architects will left for
Ukraine
on April 9, and another group will leave for
Belarus
on April 10, according to Ishoqov. And on April 23, the fourth group of Tajik architects will leave for
Kazakhstan
for the same purpose.
