DUSHANBE, June 16, Asia-Plus -- A resource management center has been set up at Tajik national air carrier.
According to information from Tajik State Air Company “Tojikiston”, this new sub-division will control production activity of the air carrier’s services, as well as coordinate activity of sub-divisions of the Dushanbe airport on providing daily plan, aviation work and shipments, regularity of flights for the purpose of raising economic efficiency.
According to the source, the resource management center has as its main objectives the operational management, planning, direction of commercial activities of “Tojikiston” services, etc.
“Thereby preparations for restructuring the national air carrier have started,” the source said.
As it had been reported earlier, the Tajik national air carrier should submit to the Committee an individual project for restructuring the company by the end of this year. Under this project a number of joint-stock companies will be established on the basis of the “Tojikiston” company. Both the air carrier’s administration and any juridical or physical entity, including citizens of other countries, will be able to purchase these companies.
