Tajik prime minister, top managers of two Turkish companies to discuss construction of new five-star hotel in Tajik capital

DUSHANBE, July 21, Asia-Plus - Tajik Prime Minister Oqil Oqilov is scheduled meet with top managers of two Turkish companies on the following weekends to discuss the construction of a new five-star hotel in Dushanbe.
According to information from the Ministry of Economy and Trade, Mr. Mustafa Ozjan, the president of Ozgun Insaat, has already arrived in
Tajikistan
and Mr. Fettah Taminje, the president of “Rixos Hotels”, is arriving in
Tajikistan
tomorrow. The talks will focus on the construction of a five-star hotel in the center of Dushanbe, on the place of Printing-House No.1, opposite the being constructed residential complex “Poitakht-80”.
The source says “Ozgun Insaat” will be contractor for the construction of the hotel and “Rixos Hotels” will assumes management of the hotel.
In the meantime, according to information from the Ozgun Insaat office in
Dushanbe
, participation of this company in the construction of the hotel is still under question. “May be another company will act as contactor,” the source in the Ozgun Insaat Dushanbe Office said.
Ozgun Insaat has been working in
Tajikistan
since last year. At present it is constructing a

Center
“Vefa” in the center of
Dushanbe
. US$8.5 million has been provided for the construction of this center, which is supposed to be finished in the follow of the year.
