DUSHANBE, November 27, Asia-Plus -- Prices of coal will not rise in Tajikistan in the coming days, Abdullo Sharofiddinov, the deputy head of the coal department of the Ministry of Energy, said in an interview with Asia-Plus.
“At present an average price of one ton of coal is 120 somonis,” Sharofiddinov said, adding that the last rise in prices of coal was reported on October 1. The prices rose on average by 10.00 somonis.
“We have not to date received any instruction to raise the coal prices,” Sharofiddinov said.
